Italy is known for tons of amazing cuisines that will make your taste buds dance of joy! 1. Risotto This is probably the third most famous dish from Italy. Made out of rice cooked with stock until it reaches a smooth velvety semi-soup that bursts with flavor as soon as it reaches your kiuth. It's definitely a family favorite! 2. Focaccia Texture like a thick pizza dough, focaccia is heavenly to eat. Usually eaten drizzled with olive oil, rosemary, and a sprinkle of sea salt. The best ones are hands down are those that are baked and sold locally, you get that aromatic scent of rosemary and bits of sea salt that makes a beautiful harmony inside your mouth, yum! ...
